Terms and Conditions:

MCTC Reward Program 2010 is
being launched due to the warm and popular reception given to the Rewards Program
launched last year.
·
This program will commence April 1, 2010 and will end on March 31, 2011.
·
Every P100 purchased locally
from Millennium earns the reseller 1 point. Points will only be credited upon
full payment of the transaction.
·
To join and start earning points,
resellers must enroll (first timers) or reenroll (existing) their accounts. You will
only start earning points once you (re)enroll.
·
To claim:
a.
Note that resellers have to claim their rewards points every 3 months.
They are given 45 days to claim after the end of every 3rd month from
the beginning of the program period. Points expire and are forfeited if unclaimed
after the 45 day window.
b.
Do take note of the deadlines:
i.
(Q2) April – June points: Deadline of claiming Aug 15
ii.
(Q3)
July – Sept points: Deadline of claiming Nov 15
iii.
(Q4) Oct – Dec points: Deadline of claiming Feb 15
iv.
(Q1) Jan – March points: Deadline of claiming May 15
c.
Resellers may redeem items only if at the time of redemption, there are no overdue
account receivables. It is strongly recommended that overdue account receivables
are settled prior to the critical deadlines; otherwise, all the points earned during the preceding period will expire and be forfeited.

We may alter the number of points required to redeem a reward item, impose additional restrictions or requirements on a reward or conditions for obtaining it including but not limited to, setting a minimum
number of points required to redeem a particular reward item. We may also withdraw or
substitute any reward item for another, without prior notice to you.

Millennium reserves the right
to suspend, vary, cancel or extend the 2010 Rewards Program at its sole and absolute discretion.
